Chelsea suddenly leaps over to Billy and plants a kiss on his lips. The preview doesn’t show how Billy reacts after the kiss. While Billy and Lily do seem to have some distance right now, they are still in love. So, Billy might push Chelsea away and tell her that he’s in a relationship with Lily. Billy might also tell Chelsea that she misread the situation.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) warns Chelsea about her attraction. Chelsea snaps back that she’s not falling for Billy. When Chloe brings up the kiss, Chelsea dismisses it.

So, it seems that Chelsea knows this isn’t a good path for her to take. It might also suggest that Billy plans on keeping the kiss from Lily. After all, Billy doesn’t want to cause friction in his relationship but also wants to protect Chelsea. Perhaps Chelsea even tells Billy to forget that they kissed and it was an accident.

However, secrets never stay buried forever in soaps. Plus, Chelsea is the type of person that can’t just forget a kiss happened. Chelsea gets obsessive when she develops a crush. So, don’t expect Chelsea to back off from Billy.

Plus, there is Lily, who is a smart and perceptive woman. Lily will be able to sense that Billy is keeping a secret from her. If Lily happens to see Chelsea give Billy googly eyes, then there could be a huge confrontation. So, we will have to keep watching the CBS soap to see what happens next.
