Y&R Spoilers: Billy And Daniel’s Showdown, Neglected Lily Tempted

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that there’s a showdown ahead between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei). Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has been feeling very neglected by Billy lately, and Daniel, her ex-teenage hubby, might be moving in.

There’s a good chance that Daniel is single again, since Heather Stevens (Jennifer Landon) is in Portugal, although his daughter Lucy Romalotti (Abigail and Olivia Moore) is with her. Daniel gravitated to Lily right away and they’ve been reconnecting recently, him admitting he was back in Genoa City to stay. He’s been pushing a new business, a gaming platform, he’s been working on to Lily and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for Chancellor-Winters.

Lily’s been feeling lonely with Billy paying much more attention to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) than her lately, although she’s been understanding about Chelsea’s issues. But now that she’s out of rehab and living over Crimson Lights, where Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) is right downstairs, Billy shouldn’t be caretaking so much.

Y & R Spoilers –  Billy Abbott Levels Accusations

Billy has been very serious about keeping an eye on Chelsea, after literally wrestling her down from a ledge when she was suicidal. But his caretaking has been causing issues with Lily, who he accuses of warning Chelsea to keep her distance from him. Lily didn’t do that although she had some interaction with her, but she’ll lash out at Billy for having white knight syndrome-kind of like a codependent rescuer. Billy senses Lily feels threatened by his friendship with Chelsea, and she probably does though she denies it, but he spends much more time with Chelsea than with Lily lately. Even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) has noticed it and has said it’s been “The Billy And Chelsea Show” all the time lately.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Daniel Romalotti Expresses Concern

Daniel has been keeping up with the drama in Genoa City and Lily since he’s been away, and expressed concern about her being hooked up with Billy from the start. Billy is flighty and has an irresponsible side, but he’s being overly responsible where Chelsea is concerned, but he takes notice of all the time Daniel’s been spending with Lily. Billy recently bailed out of his job at Chancellor-Winters, and Daniel notices he’s not dependable at all, and he intends to fill that gap for Lily.

Billy will soon be the one to feel threatened when he sees Daniel swooping in to take his woman, and he’ll be sure to address that. Viewers can expect a confrontation to ensue between the two of them over Lily sooner or later.
