The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) appears to be pursuing Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) at this point in the storyline. He believes that represents progress, and now, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Charles) does as well.

Ashley’s talk with Tucker about her brother was intentional. She was digging for further information.

Davidson’s character suspects Tucker’s tie to Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) goes beyond what he has said. But Ashley is off-base because Tucker is not hiding Diane. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are.

Tucker is not currently connected to Diane. But he is tied to Audra, as the fans knew, and Ashley almost discovered.

Viewers learned that Tucker and Audra had a romantic connection when they first cavorted in the Grand Phoenix hotel in the recent past. They did so again shortly before Ashley unexpectedly arrived at Tucker’s suite.

Diane was someone Tucker used as a means of reconnecting with Ashley. But Diane never followed through on her end of what is known about their agreement.

Tucker’s sneakiness leaves Ashley uncertain. How can she know for sure what Tucker and Diane were doing in Los Angeles, California or what their ongoing connection may be?

While Ashley suspects Tucker of not being reformed, she does not realize that he has Audra as a personal and business contact. Ashley would surely disapprove of her being embedded as a mole in Chancellor-Winters, especially because Tucker’s son, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), knows nothing about it.

Tucker told Ashley he wants her back and recently stopped short of saying that must include remarriage. He just made his full business pitch, wanting Ashley to leave Jabot and allow him to help her build a standalone business.

But what the fans know about Tucker suggests that Ashley will eventually confirm that his character flaws remain.

Audra has not given up on reconciling with Noah Newman (Rory Gibson). She believes that Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) is not the right woman for him and has decided to bide her time until Noah returns to her.

In the meantime, Tucker offers a distraction and the potential for eventual business pay dirt. Beyond him, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) enters the daytime picture, potentially becoming Audra’s next target on Y&R.
