Y&R Spoilers: Ashley Caught Off Guard, Tucker’s Grand Romantic Gesture?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be caught off guard by Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Will he surprise her with a grand romantic gesture in an effort to sweep her off her feet?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Resistant Heart

If Ashley knew that Tucker was fooling around with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) she wouldn’t have even considered his recent offer to help her start her own company. He made that a romantic evening with a picnic set to the warmth of an outdoor fireplace, because it was quite cold that night. Ashley, as well as her daughter Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) were very hurt in the past by a Tucker who claims he’s very different now, after nearly dying.

Ashley has been working hard to keep a Tucker-resistant heart, but he’s been working hard to soften it up towards him. And, he can tell it’s starting to work – plus, he’s softened up Abby a little too, after her seeing how he was with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware).

Y & R Spoilers – Must Be Careful Not To Overkill

Tucker knows he has to take things slow with Ashley and around Abby as well, because how he acts around Abby will get back to Ashley. Abby has been trying to protect Ashley from him from the first time he showed up in that splashy manner at the wedding celebration, a vow renewal celebration technically. Again, he was trying to make a good impression in an effort towards making up for his past, but it was major overkill. Tucker has to be careful that the grand romantic gesture he plans to impress Ashley with isn’t overkill as well, because that will only make her more suspicious. The one thing Tucker can’t afford is to blow this second chance with Ashley.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers –  Recreating Memories

A lot has changed around Genoa City since Tucker courted Ashley years ago, but he decides to recreate some romantic memories as best he can; designed to reignite Ashley’s love. Not every detail can be recreated, with restaurants and venues having come and gone, but he hopes to stir pleasant memories that might stoke her spark. He hopes that all the bad won’t outweigh the good, and that she’ll take the bait he’s offering.

Tucker plans to do everything possible to recreate a special long ago night that Ashley would refer to as the night they fell in love-before everything went south. He wants to take her back in time with her memories, only convince her he wants to do things right this time.
