The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) is fueled by his anger and is not planning to allow Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to have the last word. Her revealed betrayal caught him by surprise because Victoria’s performance was utterly convincing.

Kudos to TPTB for crafting a hidden story within the main story line. The viewers were in the same position as the Newman family, in not knowing whether Victoria had fallen for Ashland again.

The effects of her takedown have completely reversed Ashland’s fortunes, with this blow taking the likely bulk of his fortune.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Ashland Locke Heads To Chicago

One wonders how Ashland can charter a plane to Chicago, Illinois if he has no money? Newman’s character must have some other financial resources or has an existing line of credit.

The trip to Chicago is curious. It came after Ashland appeared to confirm that the money he digitally transferred to Victoria’s account could not be reversed. So, he is developing a new plan.

Long known as a ruthless person, Ashland’s change for love is destroyed. With that, Victoria knows that some form of retaliation is coming.

Y&R Spoilers – Newman Family Must Be Informed

Victoria took the Newman jet home but did not meet her father upon landing. She intentionally scurried to a hotel room, where she met with her brother.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) was asked to pass along that she wanted to meet everyone at Newman Towers in her old office.

Heinle’s character pulled off quite the victory and knows that Ashland could target family members along with the company. So, they must be told at least the generalities of what happened.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – What Does Victoria Newman Want Next?

According to The Young and the Restless spoilers, Victoria proved to herself that she could handle a major life problem without assistance. She felt obligated to do so after putting her family and Newman Enterprises into unnecessary positions.

Whether Victoria wants to head the company right now is curious. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was not wrong in stating that her push for the Newman-Locke merger went unpunished.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) would ideally want Victoria to retake the Chief Executive Officer’s spot. But she may not want it, which leaves the Moustache with Adam as his only option.

However, Nick has been making noises about being more involved. So, rather than battle with Victoria, Adam may find that his brother becomes a renewed rival.
