Y&R Spoilers: Allie’s New Drama, Roped Into Summer/Mariah Feud

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) finally met Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier). The two seemed to hit it off as Summer convinced Allie to attend the wedding. However, Allie might get roped into a messy dynamic and be forced to tread carefully. Something tells us one of Summer’s old feuds could be rebooted.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Allie was at the Abbott manse when Summer arrived. Summer was a bit late, which she explained was out of her control. Even though Allie was caught off guard by Summer’s arrival, the two quickly got acquainted. Summer and Allie did have an awkward first encounter but seemed to quickly warm up to one another.

Everyone went to attend Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cait Fairbanks) wedding. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) invited Allie to attend. However, Allie didn’t feel comfortable since she’s just meeting everyone in Jack’s circle. Plus, she didn’t know “Teriah” and isn’t a fan of big social events.

However, Summer encouraged Allie to go to the wedding anyway. When Allie said she didn’t have anything appropriate to wear, Summer already had a solution.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Allie was introduced to the happy wedding couple. Tessa and Mariah were nice enough to Allie. However, things got a bit awkward when Summer just had to throw a few jabs in after giving Mariah compliments.

After a few minutes, Summer said marriage and motherhood changed her for the better. Then, Summer claimed to be happy for Mariah. However, Mariah made it clear she wasn’t going to be very forgiving, especially considering her past rivalry with Summer.

Watching the whole interaction between Mariah and Summer seemed very awkward for Allie. It seems that Mariah and Summer could start up a feud again. Unfortunately, this means that Allie will probably get roped into it.

Allie really seems to be fond of Summer but what happens when this feud spirals out of control? Will Allie be expected to help her new friend in ways that might not make her look very good to others? Perhaps Mariah will try to “save” Allie from getting too close to Summer?
