The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) decided to fly to Las Vegas, Nevada. The audience was not privy to his plans, but Adam’s history implied that he wanted to reestablish a baseline.

With whatever Adam was planning, his mind changed when Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) told him that Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) was dead. That outcome was not expected and dramatically alters the landscape in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

It may also provide an opportunity that Adam did not expect. It is possible that Grossman’s character can regain his newest love and a place at Newman Enteprises.

If Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) react as they have in recent months, and in Victoria’s case, forever, Adam will receive no quarter. His father is annoyed by the return of Adam’s perceived petulance, and Victoria distrusts him.

Adam wanted a meaningful role in the family business. Victor was not open to that, despite the stellar job he did establishing Newman Media.

Victoria wanted Adam out but was willing to allow him to remain as her underling, with a full scrutiny of his decisions in effect. He told her no and left.

Y&R Spoilers – Consideration Offered For Ashland Locke Warning

Adam went to his father, Victoria, and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). He told them that Ashland was off the rails and was seeking some form of personal revenge.

Victor dismissed Ashland’s threats as containable. They are proving not to be. But Victoria and Nick took Adam seriously. Victoria, in particular was unnerved by what Adam said and has not forgotten that heads-up.

It is possible that, upon their soapy reflections, Victor and Victoria will make a concerted effort to reincorporate Adam back into the business by making him a legitimate offer.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Distracted By Sally Spectra

Adam loves Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). She has not been able to get him to admit it.

However, this change keeps Adam in GC. So, it seems plausible to believe that this one-time promising couple will have multiple opportunities to reconnect.

If Adam and Sally re-couple, then Victor would be miffed. But Victoria might not be because she is gaining respect for Sally’s work. Whether Victoria can will herself to give Adam a break will soon be seen on Y&R.
