Y&R Spoilers: Abby Cheats With Devon, How Will Chance React?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) have been drifting apart for a while now and from the moment that they asked Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to be the donor, we expected something to happen.

While it has been a while and a long time coming, in a preview for this coming week they finally drop their guards, and Devon and Abby kiss! The moment comes after Devon explains that Chance shouldn’t be taking her for granted and Abby just leans in and latches on to him.

The preview has garnered a lot of attention as one might imagine and has a lot of viewers wondering what this means and what is going to come next. Viewers reacted by saying, “That’s so cute Abby and Devon “oh hell yeah” chance is still living in his own misery”, “Well Chance got to work. He is like the only police officer in Genoa City”, “I knew it that Devon had feelings for Abby. Chance better have a ring camera app on his phone to see this.” and “I had a feeling that Devon and Abby were going to hook up, because Amanda isn’t in the picture anymore!”

It looks like it was a long time coming and even fans knew this moment was inevitable but what does it mean now?

Y&R Spoilers – What Will Chance Chancellor Do?

While some may be worried that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will come back with a vengeance and he and Devon might get into a fight or some kind, I almost wonder if Chance is just done and doesn’t care about it. While I think he loves his son, I’m not sure that he and Abby are in the same place.

Ever since Conner Floyd took over the role from Donny Boaz, it felt like Chance and Abby weren’t quite the same or meant to be together like they had before. Plus, there is a lot more baggage with this version of Chance after he was left for dead and lost a lot of his team.

In a weird combination of all of these things, I don’t think Chance is going to put up much of a fight for her. Devon and Abby might become a household name quicker than we think.
