The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Two Lonely Souls

Both Abby Newman (Melissa Ordways) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) are down on life right now but finding solace in each other’s friendship. Devon can’t believe what kind of mess Chanellor-Winters has turned into thanks to his rivalry with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). And Abby can’t believe how far south her life is going now that it looks like she and Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) may not be compatible after all.

It seems Abby is starting to realize she may have rused into marriage because she and Chance do not seem to get along in every day life. However, they do like having adventures together but a thirst for adventure is not makes a marriage.

When Abby brings Dominic over for his time with Devon on The Young and the Restless, they two get to talking about surprisingly end up sharing a kiss. This is not a good thing for two people already in relationships, but things with Chance aren’t working out and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) has been out of town a little too long for Devon’s tastes.

Y&R Spoilers – What Has Gotten Into Abby Newman?

Feeling her marriage may be in trouble and not sure what to do, Abby gets overly emotional when a similarly-emotional Devon admits he would do absolutely anything for Abby and Dominic. That’s enough for Abby, who initiates the kiss.

“That’s all she has to her, and all of a sudden they’re in a passionate kiss,” Ordway said in the November 14, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “It definitely catches them both by surprise because it’s not anything that they had planned…but it is something they both need in that moment.”

What does this mean for their respective relationships? Surely it won’t lead to anything more — at least not now. But Abby and Devon probably both hve a lot of soul searching to do now to figure out what — and who — they really want out of life.
