The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, September 2, 2022, reveal that Diane might be in some serious trouble she wasn’t expecting.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Makes A Discovery
When Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) saw Talia Morgan (Natalie Morales) sitting in Society, the alarms started going off in her head. Why would an LA-based reporter be in Genoa City? Could Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) have brought her there? She had to feel things out and struck up a conversation with Talia, who lied that is in town to do an Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) story.
Well, Talia does publish an article about her and it’s very unflattering and Nikki and Phyllis are thrilled with the results. However, they truly believe more is coming and that might not happen at all. This first article deals with things people already know, but does not mention Diane’s claims that she has reformed herself during her 10 years playing dead.
Y&R Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Is Panicked
When Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) gets some news he doesn’t want to hear, he goes running straight to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to see if it’s true. Does this have to do with the article about his mother or the fact that Kyle has been replaced at Jabot — by Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) of all people?
There is no way Kyle will think this was a good idea. While he loved working alongside his father, he needed to branch out to Marchetti, but not so Jack could give his job to the dark black sheep Newman he shouldn’t ever trust.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Newman Confronts Nick
While Adam is happy as a clam going to work for his father’s competition, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to work for his father again, something he has tried avoiding off and on for most of his adult life. And with good reason. He just doesn’t want to hear his father’s anger if he perceives that Nick did something wrong.
Well, on Friday, it looks like The Great Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is not pleased at all and gives his son a stern warning. Will he alienate him and force him to quit already? Maybe Nick can go work for Jabot too. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to see how these stories play out.
