It’s time for Ashley Abbott and Traci Abbott to sit down and have their very own special episode, just like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had last year. After Jack woke from his hour full of flashbacks, he realized he was still in love with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and even told her so. Of course, that led to months of being in the friend zone and then heartache after they finally got together, but what do his sisters have in store?

Well, definitely something a little less reflective and dramatic because neither one of them has a storyline or is at any sort of crossroads in their life. No, this is a time to just sit down and enjoy the flashbacks because they are going to be something that will bring you back to yesteryear.

Y&R Spoilers – Beth Maitland Offers A Preview

In a video promo released by the official The Young and the Restless social media pages, actress Beth Maitland talks about what’s to come in this very special episode and you see some of it in a little preview of the scenes we are about to look back on.

We see John Abbott (Jerry Douglas) telling Traci she is the most lovable of his kids, but too bad he never called her “My Beauty”. We see Traci pregnant as a college student and getting ready to marry Brad Carlton (Don Diamont). We also see her rivalry with her sister, Ashley Abbott, and the love they share. And let’s not forget the time Traci was a rock star and went on a concert tour with Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian).

“This milestone wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for you,” Maitland tells the viewers. “So, thank you. Thank you for your kindness, your support, and your viewership all these years. Here’s to years playing Traci Abbott.” She then points to her heart and says, “And in here, where is counts, let us all be young and restless.”
