The double termination is probably not Nick’s idea. In fact, Nick has gone to bat to protect Sally more than once. However, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has been pushing for Sally to get fired ever since Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) quit Newman Media.

Now that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) needs a job and kept Victoria’s name out of the takeover confession, there might already be a replacement for Sally’s position.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 24 reveal that a must-see moment centers on “Chabby.” Even though Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Abby are working on their marriage, it won’t be smooth sailing. After a romantic moment, Abby will turn to someone else for comfort.

So, this suggests that Chance has to leave Abby and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware) due to work. Even though Abby understands why Chance is so passionate about law enforcement, she feels alone too.

Perhaps something happens and Abby needs Chance’s support. If he’s busy working on a case or can’t answer the phone right away, Abby could feel abandoned.
