90 Day Fiancé fans will no doubt remember Nicole Nafziger and her former fiancé Azan Tefou and her controversial Instagram posts.
Nicole Nafziger starred in season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé with her Moroccan beau, Azan Tefou. At the time, Nicole regularly made controversial posts on her Instagram, upsetting her fans. After the couple officially split, Nafziger wasn’t as lively on social media. Fast forward to now, and the former TLC went radio silent on Instagram for several weeks, making fans concerned. Finally, two days ago, Nicole came back to social media. Why was she so quiet for so long?
Nicole Nafziger, 28, from Florida starred in season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé season 4 with her Moroccan beau, Azan Tefou AKA Hasan M’Rouni. Nicole, a mother of one, met Azan on a datig app and visited Morocco to meet him on the TLC reality show.
On arrival, Azan wasn’t impressed with her appearance and openly criticized her weight. However, Nicole just wanted to get past this and get married. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Nicole was trapped in Morocco when the country closed its borders and spent quite some time there. Meanwhile, Azan was not able to get his K-1 visa to visit the US.
Once Nicole returned home to the US, fans saw signs that she had split from Azan. In fact, in January 2021, Nicole updated her Instagram bio, removing the reference to “Engaged to H.” Eventually, in July that year she officially confirmed that she and Azan had split after five years of dating.
At that time, the 90 Day Fiancé star was active on social media and regularly interacted with her fans in IG Stories. However, around one year later she stopped making regular posts. Up until two days ago, she went quiet. She had made one post of her daughter May on June 8 after a trip to Orlando’s Disney Springs. Previous to that, she posed for a selfie with May.
In the past, Nicole shared details of her life with her Instagram followers, but after making many clickbait posts, she started losing their loyalty. She even claims to be “pregnant” several times on Instagram by sharing sonogram images. After losing so much of her following, Nicole apologized, blaming a company for sharing them to her account without telling her.
Among her worst posts, Nafziger claimed that 90 Day Fiancé co-stars were dead, including Jenny Slatten and Angela Deem. She later posted an image of herself with Azan captioned “RIP” making fans believe that Azan was dead.
Finally, the former 90 Day Fiancé star has relented and has been quiet on social media. This might be because she felt bad about what she had done. Alternatively, she could just be busy getting ready for her new career. In fact, she had recently told her fans that she had enrolled in the State College of Florida for a radiology program.
However, after being radio silent since June 7, Nicole has finally made a post. She shared a cute image of May in the swimming pool, with a tiny frog on her hand. Nafziger captioned the image “summer vibes.” Judging by the comments, her followers were pleased to see her again, with one writing, “So good to see u again! beautiful !❤” Another fan commented, “May is just so beautiful” while another referred to the frog, writing “So cute and tiny!!!”
Hopefully, everything is well in Nicole’s life now and she will continue to make cute, family-related posts on her Instagram.
Currently, fans can catch 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? on TLC, Sundays at 8 pm ET.
