Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis And Nikki’s Scheme, Ashley Spies On Tucker

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) pull Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) into a scheme. They’ll convince Ashley to “change her mind” about giving Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) another chance, and she’ll fake date him to get dirt for them on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Making Amends

Tucker says he’s a changed man and only wants to make amends with Ashley and everyone else he’s hurt in Genoa City in the past. This sounds a lot like Diane’s plan so of course it sounds suspicious to everyone. Ashley won’t believe anything he tells her at first and tell him to go back from where he came, she’ll never give him another chance.

But then Nikki and Phyllis will convince her she’s needed to romance dirt on Diane out of Tucker. Ashley will then begrudgingly go along with it and tell Tucker she changed her mind; maybe she’ll put him on probation.

Y & R Spoilers – Manipulating The Manipulator?

Ashley may try a game plan of manipulating the manipulator; like blackmailing him with reconciliation in exchange for dirt on Diane. But that may seriously backfire on her, especially on the off chance that he is sincere and has changed, because a new Tucker won’t rat Diane out.  It could also backfire on her if he reports back to Diane about the plan of Ashley playing spy to get dirt on her. It sounds like there’s dirt to be had, but maybe Diane has some on him too that he doesn’t want to get out. However, that’s doubtful considering she’s so afraid whatever secret they share will get out; he could be manipulating Diane instead of the other way around.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Worried Big Brother

When Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) gets wind of Ashley changing her mind and sees her with Tucker, that is, if she agrees to the plan, he’ll be one worried big brother. Jack will think she’s playing with fire, and won’t understand where she’s coming from; and Abby Newman-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will be upset too. She’d already warned him against going after her mother, because she’d stand in the way; on the other hand, maybe Ashley will see a real change in Tucker.

If she were to see his heart melt at photos of their grandson, it might just melt her own heart. There’s a good chance that Tucker’s still the schemer he always has been, but maybe he’ll prove he’s not; the problem will be convincing others, as Diane has had.
