The Young And The Restless Star Jason Canela Is Back To Work

The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates tease that Jason Canela, who used to play the role of Arturo Rosales on the sudser, landed a new gig. The actor took to Twitter to update his fans about his new project.

Canela has landed a new job in Miami. He’s joining the production at Miami’s Actor’s Playhouse at the Miracle Theater. The actor will play the role of Emilio Estefan, the husband of Gloria Estefan. The show is scheduled to run from February 9 through March 6.

The actor shared a photo of the cast of the production, On Your Feet, on his Instagram account.

“ON YOUR FEET! is the inspiring true story about heart, heritage and two people who believed in their talent—and each other—to become an international sensation: Gloria and Emilio Estefan,” Canela wrote in the caption.

The actor said that it’s an honor to be part of the production and to be selected for the role of Emilio. He’s very excited to work with a group of talented individuals and share the stage with them. He added that each one of them has inspired him in several ways.

Meanwhile, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will struggle with the fact that Devon will be a part of Dom’s life. Abby will worry as Dom spends some time away while Chance will be concerned that he may be unable to form a bond with the kid, something that he’s been wanting to have.
