The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Sally And Chelsea’s Showdown

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will clash. They’ll have a showdown over Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Spies

Sally doesn’t really intend to spy, but she notices Adam and Chelsea in a deep and seemingly intimate conversation at Crimson Lights. She finds herself bothered by how close they appear to be, so she walks over and starts talking; she’d even seen them hugging and has to investigate. Sally cannot believe what she’s seeing and she wants to make sure that what she is seeing is really what it looks like.

Sally approaches the table and compliments Chelsea’s podcasting, and Adam picks up on Sally’s attitude right away. He asks her why she’s being so nice to Chelsea, because both he and Chelsea find it a little suspicious.

Y & R Spoilers – Why So Nice?

Chelsea, on the other hand is never nice to Sally even though sometimes she tries to fake it. Sally answers Adam’s question, claiming that she’s merely being polite, politeness seeming to usually be a foreign concept to both Sally and Chelsea when they’re in close proximity. Sally then moves away from the table and places an order, and watches Adam thank Chelsea for her advice and he walks away. Sally then heads over to Chelsea when she’s alone and lays into her, accusing her of not wasting any time moving in on Adam. Chelsea pretends she doesn’t know what Sally’s seeing or talking about, which of course makes Sally even angrier, not appreciating being played for a fool, and especially by Chelsea.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Not So Nice Now

Chelsea hits Sally where it hurts, pointing out Chelsea’s much longer history with Adam and that they share a child, and that Sally was a mere fling to Adam. Chelsea makes it a point to disregard the deep feelings that Sally obviously still has for Adam, and that of course makes Sally livid. Sally loses it and goes postal on Chelsea, and really gets loud and makes a scene; Chelsea keeps pushing her buttons and finally tells Sally mind her own business and leaves.

After Chelsea is gone, Sally turns around to see Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) standing there and realizes she saw the whole thing. Sally, of course, is mortified and Sharon, suspecting she still loved Adam reaches out to her in a well-meaning way, and what she tells her will be profound.
