The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has gone through a lot in recent months. During that time, Mishael Morgan’s (Amanda Sinclair) character has been spending a lot of time with her mother.

Morgan’s voluntary drop to recurring status meant that Amanda was written away from Genoa City, Wisconsin, earlier this year. So, Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) was diagnosed with health issues that resulted in her needing constant medical care.

Meanwhile, a surprising scene has Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) kissing Devon. That happens in reaction to Abby’s renewed feelings about her husband not being invested in their family and Devon’s recent revival of his family grudge match with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).

No reasonable mind questions how Abby Newman Abbott Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) held her family together after Chance suddenly left town. His choice to accept a government assignment was questionable, considering that he was newly married.

Devoted fans recall that Chance (who was then played by Donny Boaz) was greenlighted the Dominic Newman Abbott Winters Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) surrogate and donor plan.

Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) was Abby and Chance’s choice to serve as the surrogate. Devon offered himself as the donor. Much drama ensued while Chance was gone, but Dom was born, and that is what mattered.

Abby was super strong during the period in the plot. She also found her husband and brought him home. But, as time has passed, it is reasonable to suggest her expectations of Chance have become questionable.

Y&R Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Is Back

Devon fell in love with Amanda as part of a comeback storyline for Morgan. Her return to the show, following a one-year absence, was welcomed by the fans. The actor has since delivered ten-fold, earning a Daytime Emmy in the Best Actress category.

Amanda and Devon were seemingly heading to engagement, marriage, and a family. But the absence of Morgan’s second Y&R character left Devon alone.

Imani Benedict (Denise Boutte, the stand-in for Leigh-Ann Rose) has been all about Nate since she first spotted him. However, Nate is in love with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and just accepted a position at Newman Enterprises that may make Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) a romantic option.

If Nate does not connect with Imani, as was implied in recent months, then she could set her sights on Devon. Her sibling rivalry with Amanda would enable that outcome.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chance Chancellor’s Insecurities Confirmed?

Chance recently offered a concerned look while he was watching Devon and Abby hug. He was okay with that friendship being the basis of Devon’s donor offer. But Chance’s actions across the months indicate that he has questions about his tie to Abby.

The courtship that led to Abby and Chance’s marriage was marvelous. It was heart-warming to see an uplifting tale that was above love.

While drama is needed in daytime. Feelings change and couple adjustments seem possible on Y&R.
