We have some oblique casting news to share with you and it all sounds very promising. It seems that the show is looking to cast a 13-year old character named Aiden. The part is recurring and he is described as being full of life, sporty, intuitive and practically a genius. What’s not to like?

Aiden is on the cusp of adolescence and with that he is facing plenty of growing pains that leave him in a typically confused space which probably means a topical angle will be thrown out there. Aiden has an edge and tries to hide his tender side with sarcasm. This all sounds intriguing and we will have to wait to see what transpires when Aiden comes to the screen. This means she was out of action for a bit but she is now ready to bring back her flighty Naked Heiress character Abby Newman Chancellor. According to reports, the beautiful and talented actress is back on the set taping scenes.

Ordway herself got in on the action, posting a message to her fans on Instagram. She shared a behind-the-scenes photo with her Conner Floyd (Chance Chancellor) with the caption: “Abby’s back. After Monte Carlo and then quarantine it feels so good to be back in Genoa City!”

What might be in store for the couple going forward? For now all seems well with Chance back to work at the GCPD and Abby being her usual glam self. Sounds like the perfect time for a little soaptastic complication or three doesn’t it?
