The Duggars: Josh Duggar Blames Another Person To Avoid Legal Troubles

The Duggars news and updates tease that Josh Duggar is pinning the blame on someone else as he tries to find a way to avoid legal troubles. He claimed that Caleb Williams, the person he used to work with, was the one who always used the computer that had child pornography.

The Duggars – Josh Duggar Blames Co-Worker

Josh and his legal team have filed a new appeal for his child pornography case. In the new filing, Josh blamed Caleb for his crimes. He claimed that his co-worker was tech-savvy and added that he allegedly sent him a text offering to “watch the lot.”

The documents obtained by Page Six also revealed that Caleb is a convicted sex offender. The disgraced reality TV star and his legal team wanted to call Caleb to the stand, but the federal court didn’t allow it. As per the court, Josh’s team wanted to call Caleb because of his past criminal activities. There’s no news as to when the court will deliberate on Josh’s filing and what Josh’s main goal is.

The Duggars – Josh Duggar’s Legal Problems

Fans may recall that federal agents raided the car dealership where Josh was employed in April 2021. He was eventually found guilty by the jury of receiving and possessing child pornography in December 2021. In May 2022, the court sentenced him to 151 months in prison.

Jill Duggar and other people hoped that Josh would be rehabilitated as he spends his time in prison. But there were those who expressed that he deserved to go to jail. It’s been five months since his sentencing, but Josh is still not showing any signs of remorse. Instead, he’s trying to blame other people for what he’s been found guilty of doing.

Many of Josh’s siblings didn’t come to his aid after his sentencing, including his younger sisters, who he allegedly abused when they were young. Josh only has a few supporters, including his wife, Anna Duggar. Since the scandal broke, she stood by her husband. She doesn’t seem to have any plans of leaving Josh even though he’s been sentenced to prison. She continues to hope that Josh will return and their family will be complete once again. She even posted on Instagram to celebrate their engagement anniversary.
