The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Thomas Hangs Up On Hope

Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is trying to be patient with the idea that Douglas Forrester’s (Django Ferri) father wants to have custody of him now that he is able to take care of a child. She just thought she could keep Douglas to herself forever and nobody would care — not even Douglas.

Yes, Douglas has expressed that he’d like to live with his dad despite liking living  Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope, but Hope always puts that idea out of her mind. She claimed this child and he is hers now. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) should not interfere. She also expects Thomas to bring him back promptly whenever he sees Douglas.

Well, Thomas doesn’t want to do that and calls Hope to tell her that Douglas will be spending the night. When Hope tries to argue, Thomas just hangs up on her and refuses to hear what she has to say. He is enjoying his time with his son too much to let Hope’s whining get in the way.

A Party For Douglas

One reason Thomas is enjoying being with Douglas so much is that the Forrester clan is throwing a party to welcome Douglas back into the fold. Eric Forrester (John McCook) is thrilled to have another child under his roof when the house has been too quiet of late. As for Thomas, he just feels that everything is coming together after several tumultuous years and Douglas just looks so happy.

Of course, the party is not without a little matchmaking. Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) are there so adults Thomas and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are ready for some more parent trap games for their folks. Steffy has been working overtime convincing Ridge that he belongs will Taylor.

Is she finally starting to get through to him? We’re sure Taylor hopes so. Besides, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is on Hope’s side in the battle for Douglas and that won’t sit well with Ridge. Will Stay tuned to The Bold and the Beautiful weekdays to see how these stories play out.
