The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Pushes The Parent Trap Envelope

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) will continue to push the parent trap envelope. Steffy will make it crystal clear that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) belong together.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – A Family Feud

Steffy knows that there is a family feud between the Logans and the Forresters and there has been ever since her grandmother Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) was still alive. Steffy is very much like her grandmother and has been mirroring her displeasure that her father Ridge has been tempted into “Brooke’s Bedroom” way too many times. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) was the scandal of the family business back in those days, with stepping out to model her own boudoir line and shocking everyone.

Stephanie referred to Brooke by a very specific nickname in those days, but Steffy likely doesn’t realize that her grandmother and Brooke made peace at the end of Stephanie’s life. In fact, Stephanie died in Brooke’s arms at the Big Bear cabin after requesting that Brooke sing her a song.

B & B Spoilers – Stephanie Forrester Preferred Taylor Hayes

Stephanie preferred that Ridge would have stayed married to Taylor, and preferred her over Brooke although as previously mentioned, she and Brooke made peace at the end. Steffy has reminded her father how many times Brooke has cheated on him and how many times he has been hurt by her. She is convinced that he will only be truly happy with her mother, and she’s pushed her towards him as well. Steffy has had so much hope for a remarriage after Taylor confided their kiss in Monaco and how they reconnected. Now, if only she could break Brooke’s hold on her father, which appears to be only sexual and nothing to do with true love.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Destiny? Not So Much

No matter how Brooke brags and proclaims that she and Ridge are each other’s destiny, Steffy knows how many times that destiny has been abused. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Brooke ran after Ridge since way before he met Taylor and way before Steffy and her siblings were ever born, and she knows she broke up her grandmother’s marriage. When she couldn’t sink her hooks into Ridge, she seduced and married Eric Forrester (John McCook), and then dumped him for Ridge, her uncle Thorne Forrester (most recently Winsor Harmon) and-whoever.

Steffy will continue to push that parent trap envelope until she succeeds in getting her parents remarried. And, she’ll guard their relationship like a hawk; if she sees Brooke conniving to reclaim her father again, she’ll put roadblocks in her way.
