Finn knows that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), who is back to her excellent self, is the only woman who has ever treated him like a mother should. She survived Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) latest attempt to kill a perceived enemy, and was rescued by Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), as viewers were again asked to suspend disbelief to further the plot.

Yes, Li kept everyone in the dark about her adopted son being alive. But her main concerns were keeping him alive and keeping him safe.

It was not just Finn’s physical health that was at stake. He had been shot by his birth mother, Sheila, who has inexplicably been able to repeatedly attack many Forrester family members through the years.

Li appears to have been calculating that Finn was better off if the Forrester family thought he was dead. Telling them could have re-opened the soapy door to Sheila through the Forrester portal, though it will be fair to mention that Sheila found Li and Finn without the Forrester family’s awareness of Finn being alive.

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Finnegan Will Agree In Time

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be upset when she is initially told the entire, terrible story by Finn. However, whatever Steffy’s reaction is will not match her considered beliefs when the full-story digests.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Li Finnegan Is Nothing Like Sheila Carter. Like Steffy Forrester, Li Finnegan Recognizes Sheila Carter As The Enemy.

So, after Steffy has a chance to talk with Li and consider all circumstances, she will realize that Matsuda’s character was protecting Finn. Hypothetical outcomes can be contrasted to Sheila’s multiple attacks against Li happened.

B&B Spoilers – Two Distinct Options Ahead

Bill endeared himself to Li through his actions. He had never met Matsuda’s character but may have saved her life when taking her back to his home.

It would be intriguing to see TPTB pair Li and Bill. However, she is known to be separated from Jack Finnegan (Ted King), who surely must be written back into the plot due to Finn’s survival. Doing so will present Li with two distinct options on B&B.
