Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Christine, 50, thinks she and Kody Brown, whom she is “spiritually” married to, “just need to be free of each other.” On the Sunday, September 18 episode of the popular TLC reality TV series, Christine told her husband that things between the two were “bad before COVID” calling it “10,12 years of bad.”

Sister Wives – Kody Brown Finally Gets It

This is when it became apparent that Kody was finally feeling the gravity of the situation between, him and Christine. She was serious about ditching the polygamist marriage and now he got it.

In confessional, the 53-year-old Brown patriarch said, “Since [that conversation], I’ve been going through the drama in my head. The things done wrong,” before asking, “What could have been? The blame. The refusal for wanting to take accountability for what happened.”

Sister Wives Spoilers – Should’ve Left In Vegas

Fans will recall that Christine announced that she was separating from Kody in November 2021 after being in the plural marriage for 25 years. Originally from Utah, Christine married Kody in 1994 and shares six children with him; Paedon, 23, and daughters Aspy, 27, Mykelti, 26, Gwendlyn, 20, Ysabel, 19, and Truley, 12.

In the most recent episode, Christine made it pretty clear that she’d had enough of the polygamist marriage. “Maybe it’s OK for me to move on,” she told Kody as they talk about her future outside the plural marriage.

“I never thought that I would be in a situation like this. I thought we’d be together forever,” she confessed, adding, “Now I look back and wish that I would have left in Vegas and never come here.”

Sister Wives – Robyn Brown Misses Her Husband

Kody, for his part, admitted that he reacted wrongly when Christine first told him of her need to be “free” citing years of unhappiness. “I want to apologize for getting so angry,” he said, adding, “I need to get to a place where I can rejoice about your happiness and your freedom.”

Robyn Brown also weighed in, pointing out that Kody was “not himself” during the drama with Christine. “I miss my husband. Anytime I try and talk to him I get the anger thrown at me,” she claimed, adding, “I have tried to speak with the sister wives, I’ve tried to talk to Kody but, you know, nobody’s willing. I’m starting to feel really helpless.”
