Sister Wives: Kody Brown Finally Says Something Fans Agee With

Sister Wives spoilers for season 17 revealed mixed messages from Kody Brown. He hated that Christine left him, but also claims that he never loved her. Additionally, Robyn and Meri joined him in dissing Christine. Whilst it’s clear why Robyn would make a drama, it’s not clear what motivates Meri in dissing her spiritual wife. There’s been a lot said, and a number of rages from Kody. But for once, in a new teaser for the TLC show, fans can agree with what he said.

Clearly, Kody lost some self-esteem when Christine told the family that she was leaving. Actually, fans don’t think that he ever loved his third wife. But, he acts heartbroken and even used that word in a new teaser. Obviously, fans think it’s more about his pride than about a ruined marriage. Constantly angry, he lashed out at everyone, bar Robyn.

Sister Wives viewers noticed that Kody involved the adult kids in his conversations about their mom. Recall, he let it out that Maddie Brush had snitched on Christine’s intentions. Anyway, he also spoke with Mykelti, Christine’s daughter. It came when he and Robyn wanted to basically test the waters with them. Robyn did some of the talking about still being favored by Mykleti. Actually, Mykelti was always close to Robyn, and that was another surprise for TLC fans this season.

As the teaser for Sunday’s show unfolded, Mykelti tied to reassure Robyn that she knew where her mom was coming from. However, she made it clear that she would always consider Robyn to be her “mom.” Predictably, Kody wouldn’t let it rest there. Instead, he pushed Mykelti to talk about how long she Mykelti had known her mom wanted to leave. Plus, he wanted to know what Christine said to Mykelti and Tony Padron.

Any Sister Wives fans who watched the teaser could tell that Tony and Mykelti felt pressured and embarrassed. Anyway, handling it with grace, she told her father that Christine just talked about the usual “ups and downs,” in a marriage. Stony-faced, Kody glared and started losing his temper again. Certainly, it seems to sink in that few of the adult kids love him to bits.

In his confessional, the Sister Wives patriarch said, “I know that I can’t sh-t talk Christine to my kids. I don’t want to sh-t talk her at all, even though that’s my natural urge.” Actually, fans already knew that. However, he also said, “I have to control that because that’s not fair.”

Then he actually admitted, “That’s a blame game that I’m playing.” While he went on about his “heartbreak,”  finally, he admitted that he felt “ashamed.”  Kody also said, “nobody likes me,” and for once, fans on Reddit agreed with something that he said.
