Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Escapes To Portugal Girls Weekend Getaway

Sister Wives star Janelle Brown has slipped off to Portugal for a girls weekend getaway with her sister and Kody Brown is nowhere to be found.

Sister Wives – Janelle Brown’s First International Trip In 35 Years

In a video she shared on her Instagram we can see the bustling city of Lisbon Portugal. The Sister Wives veteran captioned the video with “First international trip for me since 1987 – 1988″ adding, “I qualified for an all expense paid trip with Plexus in a contest last year and here we are ?”

The TLC personality concluded the post with a tease of more to come, “Stay tuned for lots of photos.” In the video, you can hear the bustle of the busy city in the background.

Sister Wives – Fans Weigh In

Sister Wives fans hit up the comment section to offer tips on where she might go while in Portugal. Reportedly she won the trip earlier last year and she is only now finding the time to enjoy it.

“Lucky you. Enjoy beautiful Lisbon. If you have the possibility try to find some time to go to Sintra. You will not regret it. ? ? ?” one fan exclaimed. Many fans wished her a fun time. Other fans wondered if the Sister Wives alum was alone or if she had brought someone with her on the trip.

The Sister Wives veteran also shared an image of what she called, “Morning coffee, European style,” a nod to the decidedly strong way that coffee is consumed in Europe.

Sister Wives- Janelle Brown Introduces Travel ‘Buddy’

To answer Sister Wives fans’ curiosity Janelle shared an Instagram story of her and her travel partner, her sister. “My sister is my travel buddy for this trip,” she said on the image, concluding, “Seeing the city via Tuk Tuk on this very rainy day.” The architecture in the image was beautiful and decidedly Portuguese.
