Princess Beatrice Will Not Be Appearing In Court For Her Father Prince Andrew

It was previously believed that the Duke of York’s eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice, will be appearing in court to defend her father. However, recent evidence proves that she can’t take the stand in court.

Prince Andrew’s Children Not Named Among The Witnesses In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Despite reports previously listing Princess Beatrice as a possible witness for the NYC court case, it’s been confirmed that only two people will appear in court as witnesses.

Sources believed that Beatrice will be quizzed by one of America’s most prominent trial lawyers if Judge Lewis Kaplan decides to let the case go on.

However, following the ruling that the case will continue, Andrew is expected to appear before the jury without any of his family members.

His accuser Ms. Giuffre, who claimed she was forced to have sex with the Duke on three different occasions, released new and substantial evidence about the locations of all three abuses.

One encounter reportedly took place at convicted sex offender Ghislaine Maxwell’s London home more than twenty years ago.

Another encounter took place at Epstein’s mansion on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Giuffre was also allegedly taken to Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, where she was once again forced to have sex with Andrew.

Andrew’s Team Is Yet To Comment On The Newly Released Legal documents.

While Boies, the lawyer representing Giuffre, Agreed that “settlement is always a possibility”, Andrew’s team is reportedly planning on having the court trial continue.

Who Would Testify In Andrew’s Court Case

Legal counsel for Ms. Giuffre recently disclosed that they only plan to seek witness accounts from his former assistant and a woman who claims to have seen the royal in Tramp nightclub.

This means that it’s unlikely Beatrice or Prince Andrew’s ex Sarah Ferguson would appear in court.

Ms Giuffre is requesting testimony from Andrew’s former equerry Robert Olney and a woman called Shukri Walker.

Documents submitted by Ms. Giuffre’s legal team reveal that Mr. Olney’s name was listed Jeffrey Epstein’s phone book under “Duke of York”.

This means that Mr. Olney is likely to have relevant information about Andrew’s travel to and from Epstein’s properties during the relevant period.

As for Walker, she publicly stated that she remembered seeing Andrew with the minor at a nightclub over twenty years ago.

The documents say: “Ms Walker has therefore stated herself that she is a potential witness, and would thus be relevant to this dispute because plaintiff contends that defendant abused her in London after visiting Tramp together, while defendant denies being at Tramp on the night in question or having ever met Plaintiff.”
