The Royals news and updates tease that Prince Harry has decided to delay the release of his memoir following his recent trip to England for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration. Royal expert, Natalie Oliveri thinks that Prince Harry is adding information and planning a “big surprise launch.”
Oliveri shared that they believe that Prince Harry has delayed the book because it’s not included in the marketing list of upcoming books. She also shut down the speculations that the royal family intervened.
“But, perhaps we’re going to be seeing a really big launch later this year, a big surprise launch. That’s why we haven’t actually been given a date,” she explained.
“[Harry] could be making some late additions after attending the queen’s platinum jubilee,” she added.
What Is Prince Harry’s Memoir About?
Some say that the royal family is on end as they await the release of his memoir. But Omid Scobie claimed that Prince Harry’s book doesn’t focus on the royal family and neither does it contain anything that can be perceived as attacking the royal family.
The Finding Freedom author added that Prince Harry made sure that his memoir doesn’t contain any material that can be deemed as negative toward the queen or her reign. He claims that it’s not going to be a burn book or an attack on the royals but about his own story.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle To Make Special U.N. Appearance
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be heading to New York City. The royal couple is reportedly traveling to the Big Apple for the U.N. General Assembly to celebrate Nelson Mandela Day on July 18.
The United Nations confirmed that the royal couple will be in attendance and Prince Harry will be giving a speech during the event. Some members of the royal family, particularly Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, and Princess Diana met with Mandela before his death in 2013. Meanwhile, the royal couple visited Graca Machel, Mandela’s widow, in Africa back in 2019.
Prince Harry and Meghan’s last visit to New York was in September. They’ve been purposely living under the rug since they decided to step back from their royal duties and move to California. But they were back in the spotlight when they traveled to the UK to visit the Queen and celebrate her majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebration.
