Sister Wives spoilers for Season 17 revealed that Kody talked about how busy he is. Well, it’s been debated for years about what he might do to earn a living outside of the TLC show. According to a conversation about babysitting, he earns $200 an hour. So, what do we know about his job that keeps him so busy that Robyn needs a nanny?

Sister Wives – Fans Were Upset About Kody Brown & Guns

The patriarch of the Brown family is thought to have been a billboard salesperson at one stage. However, it later emerged that he was the president of Das Hundhaus Firearms and Accessories. Digging into it, revealed that it closed down. But in April this year, TLC fans got upset because he was spotted at a gun show in Tulsa, Oklahoma selling guns. It’s not illegal, but fans were upset because of the debate about guns and innocent lives lost in the USA.

Spoilers for Sister Wives Season 17 suggested that he might have another job, officiating at weddings. In fact, the spoilers were quite specific that he wasn’t officiating for a family member. So, perhaps he makes some money from that. Additionally, there are some other aspects to Kody Brown’s possible income apart from the TLC show.

Sister Wives – Too Busy To Be A Sister Wives Nanny

This week’s episode of the show revealed that Robyn finally justified why she needs a nanny. Bear in mind, she has three older kids who could easily look after themselves. Plus, she and Kody Brown produced Solomon and Ariella. According to Robyn, she and Kody are so busy that she needs a nanny to help with the two little kids. Of course, fans wonder what the heck keeps her so busy because as far as they know, she doesn’t have a job.

In the episode of Sister Wives, Kody claimed that he’d rather flick $20 towards a nanny because he would otherwise not earn “$200 an hour.” So naturally, fans wondered what he does to earn that amount every day. They concluded that he could make that much cash on his Cameo account.

According to Kody Brown’s Cameo account, he charges $99 for a personalized video, just under $300 for a live video, and $420 for businesses. Of course, if he gets the business orders, he could make $200 an hour. But, it might be a push with personalized ones. After all, he only has 39 reviews at the moment. Not that everyone who orders one posts a review.

Sister Wives – Gun Sales And Cameos?

Perhaps the Sister Wives star does Cameos in-between buying and selling firearms. At one stage, rumors ran around that he buys antique weapons and sells them on. And places like eBay could be one way to market them. Of course, that might have taken a hit during the lockdowns, which might account for why he decided that Cameo was a good option.

Flagstaff is not a massive city. If he were working at a walk-in retail shop, by now, someone would have probably spotted him at work.
