This clip was brought up by a diehard fan and then shared on Reddit. The clip features Jeremy telling his mother that her real job is “in the kitchen.”

In the clip that fans were shocked to see, Jeremy was just 20 years old when he said this to his mother. During the scene, he is talking to his mother and he says to her, “You need to help out in the kitchen. Your job is in the kitchen.” As he was talking to his mother, his brother Zach Roloff was in the kitchen as well as his father, Matt Roloff. Zach told his brother that if that was what he thought of his mother, then he needed to help her himself.

After Amy heard this comment from her son, she told him, “I’m not here to pick up after a 20-year-old that should be having a job and thinking about his life.” Jeremy continued to tell his mother that he didn’t mean it that way and that she missed the point of what he had said.

When this clip was posted all over Reddit, fans of the show wanted to share how they were feeling about the way that Jeremy acted with his mother. There were many fans who pointed out that they would never allow their child to act the way did with his own mother. They pointed out that should have been the moment that Amy kicked him out of the house for talking to her like that.

Fans also pointed out that the children watched the way their father treated her and that is exactly where they got this from. They were shocked at how the boys talked to her and many of them are curious if that is how he talks to his own wife.
