As reported by Us Magazine the television couple was found guilty in June of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, tax fraud, and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Julie Chrisley was also hit with charges of wire fraud. Both were sentenced on November 21 to 12 and seven years respectively along with a sentence of 16 months probation in the wake of their release.
