Josh Duggar Denied Unsupervised Contact With His Kids And Access To Porn

Josh Duggar will spend the next 12 years and seven months in federal custody. Even if he gets good conduct time off, it’s still a very long time before he will be a dad to his kids again. Well, the rules restricting him don’t mean that when he’s done and dusted with prison that he can just take up his life as he knew it. Reports emerged that he won’t be able to see his kids unless he is supervised. Other restrictions apply as well.

Josh Duggar -Sentence Didn’t End With Jail Time

After Counting On fans heard that Josh wouldn’t walk away free, they celebrated the news. Some of them, like his cousin Amy King, felt that he didn’t get enough time in prison. Meanwhile, his brother Jason felt that it was fair. While he felt saddened by Josh and his poor decisions, he felt grateful that he didn’t get locked away for 20 years. Mind you, Josh isn’t one to quietly walk away into the night and his legal team is expected to appeal the sentence.

TLC fans just hope that Anna will divorce Josh Duggar and thereby protect her children. Rumors run around that he might face further investigations. Additionally, many people suspect that he possibly interfered with his kids. In time, the truth of that might emerge, if it ever happened. Well, she claimed she still loves him and divorce is off the cards. So, will restrictions of his freedom be enough to protect the kids when he gets out of prison?

Josh Duggar – No Access To Porn & Limitations With Kids

Katie Joy of Without A crystal Ball shared the probation conditions for Josh. He won’t be able to see his kids unless they are supervised by Anna or his parents. If that can’t happen, then the Probation Office might appoint someone else. Addiotnallly, if he attends a social function where he might inadvertently have contact with minors, the family will need to get approval first.

Josh Duggar also won’t be able to have any access to electronics whereby he can access the internet. That will hopefully prevent him from accessing porn videos and images. In fact, it’s not limited to child porn, but adult content as well. Additionally, he needs to under polygraph testing as demanded by the probation department. And, no marijuana shall come into his then dismal-looking life.

In the post about Josh Duggar that Katie posted up, TLC fans reacted with concern. Many of them feel that Anna won’t be able to prevent her husband from seeing his kid kids alone. And, some of them feel that his mom and dad, who seemed to sweep the molestation of his sisters under rug, might be no deterrent either.
