Joseph Duggar Sells Josh And Anna’s Real Estate Property Flip

The Duggar news and updates tease that Joseph Duggar helped sell Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar’s real estate property flip. He sold the house in Bella Vista, Arkansas for $455,370.

The house was constructed on the property that Josh and Anna’s company, Glasglow Drive LLC, bought for $40,000 in 2011. It sits on a 0.35-acre lot and the size of the house is 2,118 square feet. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The sale was made while Josh was serving his sentence at Federal Correctional Institute in Seagoville, Texas. The jury found Josh guilty of receiving and possessing child pornography in December 2021. He was originally sentenced to spend almost 13 years in prison. However, his release date was scheduled for August 12, 2032, which means he’ll be in jail for a little bit more than a decade.

The Duggars – Legal Team

Josh’ legal team requested the court to extend the time allotted for him to file an appeal because of the complex nature of his case.

“Given the length of the transcript arising out of this criminal jury trial and the complexity of the possible issues on appeal, Duggar respectfully requests an additional 21 days within which to file his opening brief,” as per the documents obtained by In Touch.

The Duggars – Is Anna Duggar Finally Moving On?

According to an insider, Anna Duggar, Josh’s wife, is “coming to terms” with her husband’s prison sentence. The source said that Anna still considers Josh as the father of his children but she doesn’t want to get her hopes up about having a future with him. They’re still communicating with each other but she’s starting to realize that she only has her faith and children.

She’s working to accept that Josh won’t be a part of their lives for several years and wants to move one.

Another source revealed that Anna wants to forget the nightmare that Josh brought up to their family and that’s the main reason why she’s no longer on social media.

Anna prayed that Josh was wrongly accused and convicted. She hoped that he was innocent but he was found guilty.

“That was a nightmare for her. It’s been very difficult for her and while the appeals may be necessary, for her, it just feels like it’s dragging this nightmare on,” the source revealed.
