Jinger Duggar Defies Jim Bob’s Strict Modesty Rules, Yet Again, Flaunts Denim Minidress

Counting On alum, Jinger Duggar, no stranger to skirting her father Jim Bob Duggar’s rules, has done it again. This time she did it with a $27 denim mini dress from Target.

Per The Sun, the former 19 Kids and Counting star shared an image of her and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, posing for a picture before church. In the image, she’s seen wearing the denim violation. Continue reading and we’ll tell you how that went down.

Cuddling up next to her husband Jeremy in the picture, while not revealing the whole outfit, Jinger wrote the caption, simply, “Happy Sunday.” In the image, Jeremy was looking sharp, sporting a grey suit and black shirt.

Since fans on the Instagram thread seemed to think she was wearing a blue jean jacket, the former TLC personality took to her Instagram Stories to let the cat out of the bag. Across a full-size image of the minidress Jinger wrote, “Anyone else love browsing in @Target?” and finished it off, writing, “So happy about this find.”

Counting On – Defying Jim Bob Duggar’s Rules

As fans of both 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On will know, Jinger’s mini dress goes against rules laid down by the Duggar patriarch regarding modesty. It’s not the first time Jinger has balked at following rules, however.

This Easter, the Counting On veteran wore a white jumpsuit to church but then, a few days later, she was spotted wearing skintight blue jeans and a white t-shirt that many thought very immodest. In the image, the mother of two looks happy and her beau added the caption “TGIF” for “Thank God It’s Friday.”

As fans of the Duggar family are aware, Jim Bob Duggar doesn’t believe women should ever wear pants but dresses or skirts. He also stipulates that, if a woman wears a dress, there should be no legs showing.

Counting On – Is Jinger Duggar Too Thin?

After the former reality TV star showed off her somewhat immodest outfits, fans began wondering if she was getting a little thin. Some fans took to Reddit to comment on her Easter time outfits and, specifically, the thin figure she filled them with.

“I worry about jinger. She is getting painfully thin. Maybe she is just very small by nature: I don’t ever want to shame someone for having a small body frame. But I know she has a past with ED and seeing her so very tiny worries me. I’ve struggled with ED and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy,” wrote a fan referencing Jinger’s past eating disorder.
