The pair still needs to issue a statement about the upcoming release of Jinger’s memoir. But sources say that Jim Bob and Michelle are concerned about the contents of Jinger’s book. They have reportedly come up with a plan on how to deal with any negative stories or damaging allegations that may be directed towards them.

Fans may recall that Jinger’s parents reportedly disowned her just because she moved to Los Angeles with her husband. If they were able to do that because they simply relocated, imagine what they can do if she puts them in a bad light in her book.

Fortunately, Jinger’s memoir won’t focus on her family but on her spiritual journey. However, they’re still concerned that they may come off as abusive or manipulative in her book.

In the past few years. She may have abandoned many of the beliefs she learned from her family, but it’s not because she had ill feelings toward her parents.

She was greatly influenced by a brother-in-law when she started questioning the belief that she’s been holding on to as part of a conservative family. She eventually realized that their faith was focused on rules and not on God’s word.

“Jim Bob and Michelle aren’t thrilled by Jinger’s book coming out, but they are hoping for the best,” an insider told In Touch.

“They’re not sure of all the topics she’ll cover, but they have prayed about it and hope that it’s honest, respectful, and doesn’t dredge up too much of their family troubles,” the source continued.

Jeremy and Jinger Vuolo met in 2015. They announced their engagement in July 2016 and got married in November of the same year. Jinger got pregnant with their first child in 2018, moved to Los Angeles in 2019, and welcomed their second child in 2020.

The couple published a memoir titled The Hope We Hold in 2021. In the book, Jeremy shared that he had a hard time winning over Jinger’s father, Jim Bob Duggar.
