Jill Duggar Reveals Baby News: Pregnant Reality TV Star ‘Counting On’ A Son Or Daughter?!

Jill Duggar has kept her fans eagerly waiting for more news about her pregnancy. And now, the “Counting On” alum finally revealed if she and her husband Derick Dillard will soon welcome a baby girl or a baby boy into the world! Jill’s pregnancy has become especially important because she suffered a miscarriage last October.

Pregnant Jill Duggar Shares Gender Of Baby

Jill Duggar feels so excited about knowing the gender of her third child that she posted a teaser before announcing the news on social media. In the first Instagram post, Jill shared a black and white photo showing the pregnant “Counting On” star with her husband Derick Dillard and their two sons. “We’re having a…” she teased, asking fans to go to the family’s blog. 

And then in a second Instagram pic, Jill spilled the exciting news! “Did you see our blog announcement?!  ? ?It’s a boy!!??? ?We couldn’t be more excited! ? Thinking maybe we should pad our house and turn it into a trampoline park.?? ?”

And she also asked for input from other moms. “Fellow boy moms…give me all your favorite tips and tricks! ⬇️ ? ?,” wrote Jill. Of course, the squeals of excitement followed from fans. For instance, one responded, “Congratulations, that’s amazing. So happy to hear this.”

But one fan jokingly warned, “Boy mom of three. No tips. It’s fight zone at our house 24/7!!” In addition, Jill shared the news on Twitter, getting even more congratulations.

Jill Duggar And Derick Dillard – Can’t-Wait To Welcome Third Child!

As Derick Dillard, 33, and his wife Jill Duggar, 30, await the arrival of their baby boy, the two also appreciate their health. Recently, the couple suffered from COVID-19. But Derick and Jill now view that health struggle as a “blessing in disguise,” reported People.

As a result of having to delay the appointment at which she would learn the baby’s gender, the entire family learned the news together. “By the time we were able to reschedule, Israel was on spring break. This meant our whole family could be together for the appointment, as we all found out together that another little boy would be joining the Dillard tribe!” Jill and Derick explained.

But the couple turned serious in reflecting on their miscarriage last October. “Ever since we were devastated last fall by the miscarriage of our sweet baby, River Bliss, we have prayed that, if it was God’s will, he would bless us with another baby,” they shared. As a result, Jill and Derick feel especially grateful for the news that they will soon welcome a healthy baby boy into their family.
