First, “19 Kids And Counting” as well as “Counting On” showed that the Duggar parents believe that their girls should get courted and engaged in their late teens or early 20’s. Instagram has offered “Counting On” alum Jana Duggar a way to stay in touch with her followers after the Duggar family TV shows got cancelled. And recently, Jana finally offered a clue to her reason for staying at home with parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. In an Instagram Story, Jana revealed why she hangs around with mom and dad.

The oldest Duggar daughter truly loves living at home in Arkansas with her much younger relatives. And although fans keep urging her to try creating her own interior design business or even look into a “Counting On” spin-off featuring her craft talents, Jana offered a clue on her Instagram Story. Relaxing with a cup of pineapple ice cream and coconut, the reality TV star shared a pic from an ice cream shop called Pineapple Bliss in northwest Arkansas.

“I’m just here for dessert,” reads a sign behind Jana. And that sign seemed to symbolize her message to fans questioning her reason for living at home. But for those who didn’t get the message, the “Counting On” star added a sticker. “So good,” read that clue to her life.

For now, Jana Duggar feels that life with her parents and younger siblings feels “so good” that she sees no reason to leave! And her clue about why she stays at home becomes more significant with news from one of her sisters. We’re guessing that Jana can’t wait to babysit the nephew that her sister Jill Duggar will soon welcome into the world! 

According to the Sun, Jill just revealed that she and her husband Derick Dillard feel so excited about giving their sons Samuel and Israel another brother! “We had originally planned on finding out our baby’s gender earlier, a couple weeks ago,” shared Jill. “But Covid hit our family and we had to delay the exciting revelation. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise because by the time we were able to reschedule, Israel was on spring break. This meant our whole family could be together for the appointment, as we all found out together that another little boy would be joining the Dillard tribe!”
