It looks like former 90 Day Fiancé star Larissa Lima is continuing her plastic surgery trend as she heads into 2022. In fact, judging by recent Instagram Stories posted by the Brazilian beauty, she has already gone ahead with her latest op. How far is too far for this former TLC reality star?

90 Day Fiancé fans will remember that following her divorce from her fellow cast member, Colt Johnson, Larissa Lima decided to give herself a full makeover. While the Brazilian native was naturally beautiful to start off with, she went on to spend more than $70,000 in September 2020 in an effort to look like KUWTK star, Kylie Jenner. What with a nose job, lip enhancements and breast enhancements, Larissa started to look like a completely different person.

Initially, Lima went for a 34DD cup size, but this wasn’t enough for the 34-year-old social media influencer. As she wanted to make money by creating adult content, she decided to double her breast size once again a few months ago. In fact, Larissa replaced her 700cc silicone breast implants with 1,500cc saline breast implants. But that’s not all, it looks like in 2022, the Brazilian beauty is thinking of getting even bigger, 2000cc saline breast implants, with a hefty weight of around 8 pounds.

From a couple of Instagram Stories posted by Larissa, it turns out she wants to slim down her waist before once again increasing her cup size. In fact, she recently visited her plastic surgeon, Dr. Lane Smith and posted a clip from the lobby, followed by an image from the operating room.

Wearing a black robe and face mask, Larissa captioned the image, “Removing 3 ribs,” adding laughing and spiral eye emojis to brighten the image. In a final image (included below) she appears to reveal the removed ribs themselves.

90 Day Fiancé fans are seriously becoming concerned over Larissa and her health, as they believe she is going too far this time. One fan on Reddit, u/mockingbirdTT, posted a copy of Larissa’s image with the title, “WTF !! How about your organs ? How will your body support your huge boobs !”

One fan commented, “i truly hope we all get to see what she looks like in 20 years,” while another wrote, “Idk if she’s gonna make it 20 more years after getting half her f**kin ribcage removed.”

More worryingly, another Redditor commented, writing, “I had it done. The removal site is so arthritic now, I can barely breathe at times it hurts so much.”

Others went on to criticize the plastic surgeon, with one commenting, “Dr’s shouldn’t even be allowed to do this crap.” In response, another wrote, “I cannot imagine a board certified doctor (who I would only allow) does this.”
