Is 90 Day Fiance Alum Jihoon Lee With His Sick Son, Taeyang?

90 Day Fiance alums Jihoon Lee and Deavan Clegg seemed like a cute couple when TLC debuted them in The Other Way. Unfortunately, opinions changed as Jihoon seemed a bit irresponsible. Still, Deavan also got her share of criticism as she seemed to make a lot of dramatic pronouncements. Well, fans think that the best thing that emerged from their relationship was their son, Taeyang.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Fans Ask If Jihoon Lee Knows Taeyang Is Sick

When Deavan Clegg broke the news that Taeyang was sick at the end of last month, she told her fans that her cute little boy has cancer. Devasted, she said, “Taeyang “was just diagnosed with childhood cancer, b-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.”

Additionally, it will take years of chemo before he recovers, and can treatment take up to five years out of their lives. Sometimes fatal, she and her new guy, Topher Park are completely focused on him. Mind you, they take the time to ensure that her daughter, Drascilla enjoys some fun this summer.

In an update a week later, the 90 Day Fiance star told her followers that some good news came along. Fortunately, Taeyang was released from the hospital, and he is now an outpatient. Therefore, he can enjoy time with his family, but he still goes for chemo twice a week. Additionally, he undergoes some other sort of treatment. But, fans often ask if Jihoon either knows about it, or if he sees his sick son.

On June 21, Deavan did a Q&A  and TLC fans asked a lot of questions about the three-year-old boy. One of the biggest things she pointed out, is that Topher Park steps up as a dad to Taeyang. On her slide, she said that “blood doesn’t make a parent.” Additionally, her son “has the best father.” 

More questions came in about how she felt with such a sick son. While she feels it’s the worst experience for pants and kids, she also said that it “opened up [her] world.” In this world, dwell many “amazing people and sting kids.” Naturally, people wonder if Jihoon knows or cares about the fact that his son is very sick. So, when asked about that, Deavan suggested that he knows, but doesn’t really want to step up.

The 90 Day Fiance star said that they “were able to get in contact with him.” However, from the tone of it, he didn’t rush to leap onto a plane in Korea to fly to the USA. She noted that they managed “to get in contact with him.” However, while he’s “fully aware of what’s going on,” he seems to just be “choosing [to continue] his own path in life.”

90 Day Fiance fans heard that Deavan’s mom started a GoFundMe for Taeyang’s treatment on June 2. Compassionate TLC cast members helped to share it around the world. Progress sits at $22K and in an update, Alicia told donors, “This is a long and slow journey, but so far, he seems to be responding well. Sadly, his hair is getting thinner, he is experiencing a little more pain, but he is strong and is already settled into the routine. Thank you all for your love and support.
