And her brother Chris Combs spilled the details on the season finale of 1000-Lb Sisters. “So she’s lost 100 – I think she told me 115lb in total in 30 days,” Combs corrected himself. “I’m overjoyed that’s she’s ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks.” And that weight loss total means Tammy weighs approximately 534 pounds currently.

As for whether the 1000-Lb Sisters star can stay on track for additional weight loss, fans clash on her ability to stick to a diet.
