GH spoilers reveal that Willow has been struggling with mysterious health symptoms for weeks now. First, it was trouble catching her breath, which led to her collapsing in the hospital. However, it was determined that Willow didn’t eat before working a long and stressful shift at work.

Then, Willow keeps complaining about being so exhausted. There is also a lot of stress in Willow’s life. Everything from Nina’s court battle to Harmony Miller’s (formerly played by Inga Cadranel) unexpected death. Of course, there is also Michael’s explosive feud with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and discovering that Harmony kidnapped her as a baby.

So, a lot of these symptoms can be explained away. However, they are also the typical signs of a pregnancy.

GH Spoilers – Carly Corinthos’ Secret

Carly had a DNA test done to see if Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) was really Willow’s mother. The test came back positive, but Carly decided not to tell anyone the truth. Most people are unaware of Harmony confessing that she took Nina’s baby, who was Nelle Benson’s (formerly played by Chloe Lanier) twin sister.

When Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) asked Carly about the DNA test results, she lied and said there was no match. As all soap fans know, truths only stay hidden for so long. Carly thinks her secret is safe because Willow doesn’t want to look for her biological family but something could happen that makes it necessary.
