GH Spoilers Tuesday, January 3: Celebrations, Goodbyes, And Face To Face Terror!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Tuesday, January 3 tease celebrations, goodbyes, and face to face terror! Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) celebrates while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) bids Port Charles goodbye, and terror at the pier as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) comes face to face with The Hook!

General Hospital Spoilers – Celebrations

Carly is with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and quite possibly away from Port Charles as she looks up at him and smiles. She tells him that seeing him is the perfect way to celebrate, and both of them are very happy. They may be at the place that Drew gave Carly a key for at Christmas, and she had mentioned getting away from town.

Little do they know that as they laugh and celebrate New Year’s Eve, her daughter cowers in terror at the pier. Perhaps Josslyn has been the target all along and not Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) as previously thought.

GH Spoilers – Justice

At Kelly’s, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are still talking, only now the subject’s changed. Now they talk about his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Dante wonders what justice looks like when applied to him. Dante truly is in an in-between place, since he is both a cop and the son of a mobster. But he’s been walking that fine line ever since he came to Port Charles, meeting his birth father while on a case.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie Jones Wonders

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) wondered about Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) quick exit before the New Year’s ball dropped as well as many others. Her mother Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had a worried look on her face, as did her best friend Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). The only one who knows that Britt was making her “vacation” away from Port Charles permanent is Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) who tried to get her to stay.

Now something happens, and Maxie is asking someone what about Britt? Several people will be asking that as Britt changed her name and obviously didn’t want to be found.

GH Spoilers – Goodbyes

Meanwhile, Britt appears to be waiting for her way out of Port Charles to leave, as she says to herself it’s ten minutes before she says goodbye to Port Charles. She appears to be at the pier waiting for a boat, since her hair is blowing in the breeze. She looks a little nervous as she anticipates her new journey, never intending to return. She doesn’t want anyone to see her deteriorate and eventually die from Huntington’s Disease.

General Hospital Spoilers – New Year, New Love?

Back onboard The Haunted Star, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) have returned to the deck. It looks like things are getting romantic for real, even though their plan is to pretend-date to draw out Esmé Prince, (Avery Kristen Pohl) who they think is The Hook. Spencer looks down at Trina who looks back with a bit of a confused look on her face.

Spencer continues to look in Trina’s eyes, and tells her when she says it, he almost believes it. She may be saying “I love you” playing along with their plan, but things are starting to get real.

GH Spoilers – Secrets

Back at Wyndemere, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is talking to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) who was unable to stop Esmé from jumping from the parapet. Who knows if she survived this time or not, she obviously thought she could. Nikolas has some shocking news for Elizabeth, but he tells her no one is ever going to know – he’s likely not telling her the truth. He’s probably telling her he sent her to Cassadine Island like he had planned.

Meanwhile, down at the pier, Josslyn cowers in terror as she comes face to face with The Hook! Will someone come to her rescue and jump in between them, or will she be attacked? The Hook had an excellent chance to attack Spencer and Trina on board The Haunted Star but didn’t.

So why is Josslyn The Hook’s new target – or has she been the real target all along? Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is nowhere to be seen this time around.
