Spencer had taken an unscheduled trip from Springridge to visit his mother’s grave. Spencer is now willing to let that information be released to the public no matter what the cost. Will Spencer’s sacrifice be worth it?

Elizabeth remembers something new. Elizabeth checked outside out of Shady Brook against medical advice. Unfortunately, Elizabeth has been very volatile with her coworkers ever since. Elizabeth knows that she has been sabotaging her relationship with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) for some time. Now Elizabeth is set to remember something that may help with her mental health issues. Will Liz finally figure out what is setting her off? After all, Liz went into a mental institution years ago as well. Are there still unresolved issues from that time?

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will race to Wyndemere once he is alerted to an issue. However, Nikolas may not get there in time to avert a disaster. Will Nikolas find that he blew up his marriage only to see Esme killed in a freak accident? Will Nikolas use Esme’s fate to his advantage?
