Unfortunately, things are going to get worse before they get better. During the week of April 11, new evidence will surface, which only makes it harder for Trina to prove her innocence.

Fans have seen Trina getting acquainted with a new character, Officer Rory Cabrera. The two seem to have developed a friendship. Rory’s introduction and friendship with Trina is no coincidence. It is likely going to be Rory that swoops in to save the day.

During the week of April 11, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has Rory send him the forensics report. Meanwhile, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) wants Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) to see what she can find out about the case. Even though Sam initially doesn’t want to cross any lines, she gives in to temptation. Unfortunately, Sam is caught, and it creates tension and distrust with Dante.

It’s clear that Trina will eventually be cleared. It is likely that Rory will find something everyone else is missing. Perhaps Rory will see or hear something on duty or while roaming Port Charles that could crack the case.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that if Rory clears Trina, she would be forever grateful. It might also set up a new love interest for Trina. However, fans know that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is still in Trina’s thoughts. Despite Spencer not believing Trina at the most crucial time, she still can’t stop thinking about him.

However, Trina’s friends and family keep urging her to forget about Spencer. Logically, Trina should forget about him and never look back. However, love doesn’t always make sense. At first, Trina will probably be with Rory. That doesn’t mean Spencer will be far from Trina’s mind or heart, though.

Despite Rory’s good heart and good deed, he is bound to get hurt. If he gets romantically involved with Trina, she will probably keep running into Spencer. Despite Trina’s better judgment, she can’t help but be drawn to Spencer. This could set up an interesting love triangle for Trina. While Trina’s head might say Rory, her heart could still beat for Spencer. Unfortunately, we already see the better man getting the short end of the stick.
