GH Spoilers: Trina’s Hallucination, Schizophrenia Caused Ava’s Hook Attack?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that there are several suspects in the hook mystery. However, what if none of the obvious characters attacked Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West)? Is it possible that Ava might have been attacked by Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali)? Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) secret and Trina’s mental health could factor into the hook storyline.

General Hospital Spoilers – Murderous Hook Mystery

GH spoilers reveal that a mysterious person attacked Ava with a hook. The person’s face could not be seen. The only clue is that the person grabbed a pair of work gloves, but the skin could not be seen. Some fans have noted that when the gloves were on the hands, they were small, indicating it was female.

Of course, the police will investigate this horrendous crime. Ava will be rushed into surgery and her life could hang in the balance. Ava will probably survive but probably won’t be able to tell anyone who did this to her.

GH Spoilers – Multiple Red Herrings

There are probably going to be multiple red herrings in this storyline. It’s possible that none of them are actually guilty, though. Some suspects include Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), who accuse each other. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will interrogate Victor, who will claim he’s innocent.

There is also Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Although she has vanished from Port Charles after going over the parapet, fans predict she is still alive. That could also be a red herring. Fans can’t discount Austin Gatlin-Holt’s (Roger Howarth) cousin, either.

General Hospital Spoilers – Paternity Secret And Mental Health

General Hospital spoilers reveal that Portia is keeping a secret about Trina’s real father. Although Jordan warned Portia not to make the same mistakes she did, the doctor will likely keep this a secret. After all, Portia doesn’t want to risk her engagement to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Portia also doesn’t want to alienate her own daughter, which could happen if the truth comes out.

Even though Trina was cleared in her criminal trial, Portia worried about her daughter’s mental health. There were also a few scenes that indicated Trina was going through a transformation. Normally cautious, Trina seemed full of adrenaline and excitement when they were nearly busted during the bar fight. These are all clues as to who could have tried to kill Ava.

GH Spoilers – Bombshell Ending?

This hook storyline is supposed to have a shocking outcome. So, with Portia hiding Trina’s biological father and with schizophrenia being in the bloodline, could that come out in the hook story? Perhaps Trina had a hallucination and thought Ava was Esme. If so, it would set up Trina for another harrowing ordeal as well as everyone else involved.

Do you think that Trina has schizophrenia and doesn’t even realize it? Could Portia’s secret come out during the hook storyline? Most of all, can Ava forgive Trina if a hallucination caused her to attack?
