GH Spoilers: The Next Victim Of The Hook Won’t Be Linked To Sonny

So far, we’ve seen three people get hooked, and they’ve all had one thing in common: Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). In fact, Ava Jerome Corinthos (Maura West), Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) seem to share little in common besides Sonny. But the fourth victim at the hands of The Hook is about to be discovered, and they won’t have a single connection to the drug lord mob boss.

General Hospital Spoilers — It’s No Coincidence Esme Price Is Back

We now know Esme survived her spill of the parapet at Wyndemere, and she’s out for revenge in Port Charles. Lurking in the shadows and practically stalking Ava and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), Esme is intent to see that justice is served in her own way. She shared some of her plans with her dad, psychopath Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), albeit in a contentious way because the two disagree about how Ava should be handled.

During Esme’s visit with Ryan, she faces his wrath when he assumes she tried to kill Ava. Determined to keep her for himself, he snaps at Esme and reminds her Ava is off-limits. Esme snapped back though. She’s no longer staring back at her father with fear in her eyes — not of his killing ways, and not of his removal of love if he doesn’t approve of her. She’s going to move forward on her own terms now. Lucky for her, Ryan appears to love what she has planned for the Cassadines, but she may have to clean up a few loose ends first.

GH Spoilers — Oz Haggerty Is The Next Victim

Esme wouldn’t need to try very hard to take Oz out. Someone with his lifestyle isn’t a shock when they’re found deceased. But she’s going to make sure the PCPD knows Oz is a victim of The Hook – not just some overdose case or a guy who drank himself to death. It’s important to Esme that she takes some kind of credit for the people she’s harmed. She’s more like her father than she previously realized.

Oz Haggerty is the biggest loose end Esme has. He’s circling back now and just signed his deal with the PCPD. They’re ready for him to testify that Esme was the person who bought the black market phone from him that recorded the sex tape of Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Still, they need to find Esme and get Oz on the stand. Without Oz, Esme knows the PCPD would virtually have no case. There’s no way for her to come back into the public eye in Port Charles while Oz is still breathing. So Esme is going to have to see to it that he isn’t. How will the PCPD pursue charges against Esme without Oz? They won’t be able to. Ava and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will be furious, among others — especially Trina. Do you think Oz’s death will make the PCPD start thinking Esme could be The Hook? Don’t go away. Things are just heating up with this storyline and more spoilers lie ahead.
