GH Spoilers: Portia’s Plan Derailed, Jordan Interrupts Waking Up Oz

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) went to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) with the idea of waking up Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno). However, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) stepped in. Even though it goes against everything Portia believes in, she is desperate. However, the plan to save Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is interrupted.

General Hospital Spoilers – Curtis Ashford’s Desperate Idea

GH spoilers reveal that everyone hoped that the trial would end with Trina being cleared. Despite there being some glimmers of hope, Trina and her loved ones are worried that it could end badly.

Curtis decided to approach TJ with an idea. Curtis believes that the only way to save Trina now is to wake up Oz. Once that happens, Curtis hopes that Oz will tell everyone that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is the one that drugged him.

This is the same drug that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) found in Esme’s purse. As fans recall, Spencer asked Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) about it. It is also the same one that Esme used on Trina at the cabin.

GH Spoilers – TJ Ashford’s Hesitancy

Curtis asked TJ about waking up Oz from his medically induced coma. At first, TJ didn’t want any part of it. TJ wants Trina cleared just as much as everyone else. However, TJ knows that doing something like this could end his career. Plus, there is the chance that something will go wrong when Oz is forced to wake up before his body is ready.

General Hospital spoilers reveal that TJ eventually decided to go through with the plan. However, that is when Portia showed up. Portia was horrified that Curtis and TJ were going to do something medically unethical. However, Portia is also a desperate mother that wants to save Trina. Kerr told SOD,

“This is a huge choice. But she doesn’t see any other option. Portia feels helpless; she feels like she’s sinking. Everything she’s done in her life was to provide her daughter with the best possible life and this trial could ruin in all, not just reputation-wise, but she could go to prison!”

At the last minute, Portia decided that Oz had to wake up. Despite it going against everything Portia believes is right, she was going to do it. However, there is another obstacle.

GH Spoilers – Jordan Ashford Interrupts

According to Kerr’s interview with Soap Opera Digest, Portia is about to slip into Oz’s room when the unexpected happens. Suddenly, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) shows up. Kerr explained to the magazine,

“At this point, Jordan is an obstacle, one Portia has to get past. She’s made her choice and Portia is like, ‘No matter what, I’m moving forward with this.”
