GH Spoilers: Nikolas’ Damage Control, Is Esmé Secret Safe?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will come up with a plan to prevent the truth about Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) from surfacing. But the big question is, will his damage control keep the Esmé secret safe?

General Hospital Spoilers – A Valid Point Was Made

When Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) sent Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and her detectives on a wild goose chase, he had a valid point. This would buy time, but it wasn’t a permanent solution to the problem of Ava Cassadine (Maura West) eventually becoming a suspect in Esmé’s murder. No one really knows for sure if Esmé died after her fall from the parapet as she and Ava struggled, or if she survived and is unconscious somewhere.

Nikolas was worried that even if Esmé’s body floated up that Ava’s DNA would be all over it from the catfight they had. Nikolas did a cursory search and found one of her shoes, but he has to do more; Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) lived, albeit with amnesia, miles from where he fell.

GH Spoilers – Time Is Of The Essence

Nikolas, Ava and Victor already burned Esmé’s belongings-at least what was in her suitcase – in a trash barrel but that won’t solve the whole problem either. Finding Esmé, either dead or alive must be accomplished as soon as possible; Victor is on board to help employing his henchmen. And if she is found alive, she’ll have to be “neutralized”; and that is one of Victor’s specialties, even some of his compounds have been compromised. Victor has compounds all over the world, the one in Crete and the original one on Cassadine Island are just two of many, and he has many loyal WSB agents. This search, including dragging the waters surrounding Spoon Island, must be done while Jordan’s out of the country; a fishing boat will be perfect.

General Hospital Spoilers – Impatience Causes Mistakes

Impatience causes mistakes, and Victor has tried to drum that into his great-nephew’s brain, but Nikolas decides to take the search into his own hands. Nikolas can easily disguise himself as a fisherman, remembering the first time he met Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) disguised as Theo Hart. Nikolas acted as a mercenary himself all over Europe when he was faking his death and searching for that that codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will.

Nikolas doesn’t wait on Victor to set up the search for Esmé and disguises himself as a fisherman complete with boat and nets. But will his damage control work, or backfire; he must realize Jordan’s got spies too.
