GH Spoilers: Mysteries Deepen For Valentin And Anna, Finds Alex Alive?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease mysteries deepen for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). As they continue to look for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) who they know from Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) isn’t dead, may they find another “dead” woman-Alex Devane (Finola Hughes)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Fits Victor Cassadine’s M.O.

Finding Alex alive would fit Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) M.O., meaning “modus operandi” or method of operation, perfectly. Anna shot Alex into the water where she supposedly drowned, in self-defense but her body was never recovered; and Victor wouldn’t even have to program Alex to work for him! Lucy, too, was shot into the water to make it appear she drowned, with Anna framed for her murder; why he didn’t have her shoot Lucy is a mystery.

Valentin and Anna, following a lead, go to a jeweler where a necklace like the one Lucy had on with the tracker in it was sold. They can’t just ignore what might bring them to Lucy, but as they enter, a shocking sight meets their eyes – Alex is alive?

GH Spoilers – On Their Guard

Naturally, Valentin and Anna are on their guard at the sight of Alex alive – or is she Alex? Is she in a costume to make her look like Alex like Holly was to look like Anna, and if so, what is her game? Anna has to be careful with this woman who may or may not be her sister, and in the back of her mind knows someone needs to call Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner). Baby Bailey Lou Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) may need protection from her paternal grandmother. Valentin holds a gun on the woman as Anna probes her for information that only she and Alex would know-they share memories so Anna can’t be fooled.

General Hospital Spoilers – More Of Victor Cassadine’s Mind Games?

They have to wonder if “Alex” was rescued by Victor and a deal was made, or if she was programmed-not that she wouldn’t have worked with him willingly-or what? Is she there as a distraction, more of Victor’s mind games to throw them off Lucy’s trail, or if she’s really alive and she is Anna’s twin. This would be a great time to have a DNA kit along to compare the woman and Anna but the results would take too long, and identical twins don’t share fingerprints.

Anna is secretly afraid because if this woman isn’t Alex, Victor knows much more about both her and Alex than she’s comfortable with. Valentin wouldn’t be surprised if Victor and his operatives were tracking him even back when he thought he was following Anna to the midwife when it was Alex.
