GH Spoilers Monday, December 26: Decisions, Intrigue And Determination

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Monday, December 26 tease decisions, intrigue and determination for many Port Charlesites. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) makes a shocking decision, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will be intrigued by a deal, and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will be determined.

General Hospital Spoilers – Shocking Decision

GH Co-Chief of Staff Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will be shocked by Britt’s sudden resignation. Britt had decided that she wants time off to live her life and do the things she’s always wanted to do, in other words, tick off her bucket list. The last thing she wants is to see her co-workers at the hospital noticing her deterioration.

It was bad enough that Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) picked up on her Huntingtons’ Disease symptoms, but if he hadn’t, she could have eventually collapsed on the job. Perhaps Terry will try to talk her into taking a sabbatical, which isn’t such a permanent move rather than a resignation, and Britt will make up a job she’s going to.

GH Spoilers – Intrigue

Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will be intrigued at a deal that Robert and Mac Scorpio (Tristan Rogers, John J. York) will negotiate after a visit from Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Heather’s having some kind of medical checkup before being released from Spring Ridge to be transferred back to D’Archam when Dante comes by, but Heather thinks she’s got a bargaining chip.

She’ll convince Dante that since she and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) are such good friends she has an inside track on his relationship to Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). She’ll offer to charm Esmé’s location out of Ryan in exchange for serving her term out in Spring Ridge, insisting she and Ryan so close-even though neither know where she is. They’ll fall for it since when Mac and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) walked in they saw Heather had turned him into Ryan the Red Nosed Reindeer-quite a rapport!

General Hospital Spoilers – Encouragement

Once he’s done talking to Heather, Mac and Robert, Dante will give some encouragement to childhood friend Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), possibly concerning Britt. Cody has some real feelings for her, and Dante will try hard to cheer him up and convince him she’s not the only fish in the sea. Cody tends to not have a lot of self-confidence and often puts himself down; Dante knows he’s better than that.

Dante will do his best to cheer a glum Cody up and convince him he’s got what it takes. He may even push him to fight for his relationship with Britt, not knowing the whole story.

GH Spoilers – Determination

Spencer and Trina will be determined to find Esmé as well, and in the process perhaps solve the case of the Port Charles Hook. A fake dating scheme might just be the thing to draw Esmé out wherever she’s hiding, not realizing she’s more than moved on from Spencer. At first Trina argued against such a plan, putting themselves out like bait, but Spencer told her if the police won’t do it he will. But in the meantime, they may have harder time denying their true feelings for each other when they’re acting them out.
