GH Spoilers: Liz Confronts Jake Over Franco Hauntings, But Is Mom To Blame?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is consternated at all the strange things happening in her life that are connected to her late husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

She can’t figure out how these mysterious occurrences keep happening and she will ask her son Jake Webber (Hudson West) about them when a clue points to him being the perpetrator.

It’s not like mild mannered Liz to confront one of her sons and during the week of February 21-25, her boo Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will experience something to be concerned about with Liz. Is devolving into a mental health riddle?

Then, the week of February 28 – March 4 brings more cause for alarm. In this case Liz will startled by another Franco coincidence that doesn’t make sense. As time goes on Liz and Finn begin to compare notes that it could be that they both think Jake is the one behind the oddities.

It’s hard to believe that Jake is the one responsible however. Why would he torment his mother? And would he actually resort to arson? Franco’s studio was set on fire, would Jake have been able to pull that off without getting caught?

Still, Jake has shouldered a lot of stress in losing Franco whom he loved like a dad. And he recently lost Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Grief does strange things to people and as a nurse Liz knows this better than most. So on some level it makes sense that she would at least wonder about his state of mind.

Jake was once a mind control victim of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) which is another reason to be guarded about his situation.

Some GH fans think Liz is barking up the wrong tree with Jake and that she is the one behind the madness, literally. Has she had a breakdown? Does she have DID?

That is how the card that Liz received is being interpreted. It said they were BOTH thinking of Franco and signed “B.” Does this mean Liz and an alter, perhaps “Beth” short for Elizabeth?
